Hi… my name is Rich.  I’m a 69-year-old homeless solopreneur. Pretty much a nobody these days… a bit of a has-been, if you will.  At my core, I’m just a guy… a less-than-average guy, so to say… who’s lived a messy life, has a “sordid” past, and a lifetime of lessons learned the hard way. Still, I feel like I have one more adventure left in me.  As such, I now have a singular vision… to unite humanity to solve some of our planet’s most significant challenges.  I’m starting with nothing… just an idea and a bit of determination. I have grandkids, and I want to leave them a world that’s cleaner, more equitable, and free from the divisions and challenges that plague us now.

My latest adventure began with a deep reflection on humanity’s pressing issues… climate change (whether man-made, natural, or not even real… I’m still undecided, but action is still key, IMO), pollution, world hunger, resource scarcity, and the greed-driven economy that prioritizes profit over people and the planet. As a pragmatic thinker, I believe that even if climate change isn’t the crisis some claim, cleaning up our mess… reducing waste, fostering sustainability, and bringing back ethics in commerce… is simply the right thing to do. It’s about restoring our ecosystems, eliminating hunger, and powering the world sustainably, all while bridging divides like race, religion, politics, and more.

That’s why I founded Acorn Energy and Agriculture and launched its first project, Nexus. As a solopreneur starting from scratch with no financial resources, I’m spearheading this global initiative to build 2,500 carbon-negative facilities worldwide. Each campus will be a symbiotic ecosystem, producing approximately 500 MW of clean energy, powering 400,000 homes, producing sustainable, organic, non-GMO food (chicken, eggs, fish, beef, fruit, vegetables, herbs, and greens) that feeds 1.6 million people annually, and reducing CO2 emissions by 500,000 tons per year. In high-need areas such as sub-Saharan Africa and South Asia, these facilities will directly combat hunger and pollution… saving 70-90% of water through aquaponics and reducing cattle methane emissions by up to 97% with simple seaweed additives. Ultimately, the project aims to feed 4 billion people and reduce CO2 emissions by 1.25 billion tons annually, while generating ethical AI training data through a future DAO. I’ll use AI to analyse vast amounts of data and improve each facility as we continue to evolve and expand.

To fund this ambitious endeavor, I’ve designed Rayze… the ultimate funding model.  It’s a perpetual, blockchain-based, AI-driven crowdfunding platform that connects Merchant Members (small businesses, professionals, artists) with Consumer Members in a win-win ecosystem. Merchants pay a one-time fee ($100 for the first 1,000, then $1,000 thereafter) to offer digital perks such as discounts or vouchers, gaining significant market share at a fraction of the cost of traditional marketing and advertising.  Consumers join for $20 (first 10,000) or $200 thereafter, getting lifetime access to these perks… potentially worth millions in value.  Once the RAYZE app is built, it will employ an affiliate program that promotes a viral “2 in 24” referral system (invite two others in 24 hours, earn up to 50% commissions), ensuring exponential growth, targeting over $10 billion to seed the proof-of-concept campus in the Willamette Valley in Oregon by 2027, and the first full-scale 2,000 acre campus outside of Boardman, Oregon.

Right now, in January 2026, Rayze is my top priority to build, with an MVP planned for next year. The initial funds from early members will make it happen. But this isn’t about me… It’s about everyone. I plan to turn the entire project over to humanity through a decentralized autonomous organization (DAO) by 2035, ensuring transparent, community-led governance that serves people and avoids government corruption and corporate greed.
